We all brace ourselves before walking through the showroom doors because we expect the usual circus: some guy pretending to be our long-lost brother while trying to bleed our bank accounts dry over an extended warranty. Doug Huggard and Rebecca didn’t play that game. Doug handled the front end with the kind of grounded, zero-fluff competence that immediately disarms you. He didn’t push, he didn’t pitch rehearsed lines, and he didn’t treat the vehicle like a status symbol meant to cure existential dread. He simply knew the machine inside and out, laid out the facts without spin, and let reality speak for itself. It was rare, refreshing integrity from someone focused on mastery rather than a desperate monthly tally. When it came time to cross the finish line, Rebecca stepped in and locked the entire transaction down. He and Samantha were able to figure out an issue that I had with the title of my previous car and get me and my family into a car that is able to fit us all comfortably. Evan and Samantha were so thoughtful and explained all the functions of the car. Even after I purchased the car they were helping me with the vehicle making sure that OnStar was connected for my safety.
