Andy spoke with me on each of these topics of concern with no pressure, just patience and conversation, which was helpful in my decision making and most appreciated. I had an amazing experience at Bennett Chevy and I can’t thank Alex and Justin enough for how much they helped me. I originally purchased a truck from Carvana and unfortunately it ended up being a complete lemon. I was pretty frustrated with the whole situation, so I called Bennett Chevy hoping they could help me find something that actually fit what I needed. From the moment I spoke with Alex, he went above and beyond to help me. Alex took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and worked hard to find the right truck for me. What really stood out was that he even stayed later than he was supposed to just to make sure everything was taken care of and that I was happy with the vehicle. That level of dedication meant a lot. Justin was also fantastic throughout the process. Both of them made everything incredibly smooth and painless, which was a huge relief after the bad experience I had before.
