Our Reviews
Fantastic crew and very reliable and experienced Dedicated to great customer service. Keeping me informed along the way
Nicole is the greatest works her magic finds what will work for you and helps make buying a car fun
I can't say I would go to any other dealership. I trust Bennet and have for years. We have bought several cars from them and have recommended many friends and family who have had the same great experiences with them and are now loyal to them. Nicole G, Andy and Pete are the best, OH, and let's not forget Kyle in service he has talked me off the ledge more than once and always explains things in a way anyone can understand.
I had the pleasure to be taken care of by Nicole Garrett there and she was amazing. She was so helpful knowledgeable and just a great person to be around. She may the environment for my family and myself very comfortable and we had a great time choosing our new car.
Service was efficient. Mr Russo was helpful and commun8cated with me. They took good care of my car.
Frankie was not only a knowledgeable salesman but a super nice person to boot. He went out of his way to help a "non-techy" senior citizen to understand how to use the wonderful innovative features of my new Trailblazer. I highly recommend him and Bennett Chevrolet.
Great experience with my purchase of a new vehicle. AAAAPlus was a pleasure to work with!
Purchased my second Truck from Doug, he made it a very easy experience and worked hard to get a deal done, would definitely keep buying from them.
I found Doug to be a knowledgeable and straght up sales person to work with... We worked on a mutually agreeable deal and within 2.5 hours i drove away in my nes Silverado!
Had a fantastic experience with everyone at the dealership but Jon went above and beyond for us and we greatly appreciate it.
My parents and grandparents have purchased lots of vehicles from Bennett… it was only fitting that my for “new” car came from Bennett!!!
Jon DeNick was extremely helpful in helping my dad find a new car and explaining everything.
I brought my truck to Bennett Chevrolet to diagnose an existing intermittent water leak. After initially discovering the leak at home, we dried the interior and kept the vehicle covered with a tarp to prevent further water intrusion until it could be repaired. The truck was dry when it arrived at Bennett. During diagnostic testing, Bennett deliberately subjected the vehicle to water. The diagnosis was the leak was due to prior bodywork by another company. However, Bennett returned my vehicle to me with standing water inside the cab, saturated carpet padding, and a foam footrest/padding component removed during service and not returned. We brought the truck back the following morning and met with Service Director Matt Hopkins. Despite showing him video of the standing water, he barely reviewed it and repeatedly focused on the original leak rather than the additional water introduced during Bennett’s diagnostic testing. He told us the truck would “just get wet again when it rains.” When we raised concerns about the missing component, he said the body shop would have to remove it anyway. When we asked about possible corrosion or effects on wiring, he responded that there “wasn’t much wiring down there anyway.” We received no apology or acknowledgment that the vehicle had been returned to us in worse condition than when it arrived. We had to push for Bennett even to dry the interior and apply mold inhibitor, which the dealership is doing today. I understand that Bennett is not responsible for the original leak. However, Bennett should take responsibility for the additional water intrusion caused during its diagnostic process and properly remediate the affected interior, replace the missing component, and address the possibility of longer-term moisture-related damage. I have video and photographic documentation of the vehicle’s condition when it was returned to me and have contacted Bennett management in writing regarding this matter.
I was told there was a nail in my tire and I needed a new one for $300. I decided to hold off and let my father-in-law look at it. The nail never even punctured my tire. It was wedged in the groove. There was no leak. I almost bought a $300 tire for nothing!
Nicole makes buying a car like talking to a good friend that understands your point of view. Nicole is very detail oriented and details are what matter.
