She is completely fine with you walking in randomly and saying, “Hey, I want a new car,” then staying until 8 PM to finish the paperwork. My family has gotten all our vehicles from Chevy, and Nicole has helped us each time. I don’t trust anyone else, but her, and I strongly recommend anyone looking for vehicle expertise to request her because she is amazing.

Customer service driven staff with no pressure felt with any of our auto purchases. Staff is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about their entire product line. They present all facts of the purchase in a relevant fashion and have the willingness to break down each figure to better understand.

I've gotten an oil change and tire rotation has always been including. I'm confused why I had to pay an additional $20 to get it done. I would've have opted out had I known prior to taking the car in.

My experience was good up until my car was finished. Someone parked my car between two other vehicles and l had two children with me and l couldn't even open the doors. They knew when they parked my vehicle that l was not going to be able to open the doors, l had to ask a stranger to watch my children while l had to fight to move the vehicle up and pray l didn't hit one of the other vehicle. I was very annoyed with this.
