Best traditional dealer experience ever!

This was the best traditional dealership buying experience. I've bought many cars and this was by far the most pleasant from start to finish.

They are the best. Convenient, professional and courteous. I will always deal with them for my automotive needs.

Ran a diagnostic on my vehicle then put a part on vehicle without coming back to customer to make sure we wanted to move forward. Did NOT have permission to put the part on the car. Stated that the diagnostic fee would be 99 dollars and waived if the work was done, then proceeded to charge 199 dollars for the diagnostic fee in addition to a hundred dollars worth of labor

Bought a used car from them. There was an issue they could not figure out. They kept the car for almost two months. They 'helped' me and traded it in for another used car. Now this one, that I haven't even made a first car payment on, has a transmission issue. I took it to them and they took it to Kia. Kia said there was nothing wrong. Now They're telling me to figure it out myself since it is a Kia and not a Chevy. Andy told me they would not keep giving me loaner cars, even though they sold me TWO cars with issues. So I'm out of luck if Kia needs to end up keeping my car. Which in turn I will lose my job if that happens. And I was told to take it to Kia myself and figure it out since is it covered under Kia warranty. Even though it is still covered under a DEALER WARRANTY also. I would and will advise everyone and anyone to not ever go there. They scammed me not only once, but two times. Now I am stuck with the issue. It's disgusting really. And when I went over the paperwork from Bennett, not only did their mechanic duplicate the issue, they found an issue with the front lower left control arm. WHICH WAS NOT BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION and was not fixed when it was taken to Kia. Andy also told me he would not help me anymore because I 'nearly hung up on him' the last time we had talked. Anybody in my situation would be upset and over it also. It did seem Doug felt bad for me and couldn't really do anything since he could lose his job if he goes against the rest. They claim they're honest. Bennett Chevy is full of scammers.

Pete was great helping me pick out a truck texted me video of the different trucks I was looking at and was knowledgeable of options. And electronic gadgetry in the truck. I would definitely recommend him.

Jon was great to talk with an also was very professional. I had my interest on one specific vehicle and without any pressure, Jon earned my business. I had other options available but because of his hard work, I drove off the lot in that vehicle. Thank you again!

I had an appt with Nicole upon my arrival and she was very friendly from the moment I walked in. All through my test drives (I test drove 2 vehicles) and the final paperwork process, conversation was easy and she was wonderful to work with! I did not finance through the dealership, but my purchase was complex with potential components of trade-in, insurance reimbursement, warranty options and finance payments. Andy spoke with me on each of these topics of concern with no pressure, just patience and conversation, which was helpful in my decision making and most appreciated. I can see why this dealership has clients that keep coming back. I will certainly look here first when it's time for our next vehicle!

Samantha was patient with my wife and me. We could not decide between a Trax or Trailblazer and when we finally chose it took us a while to find a color. She was very friendly and the rest of store was very nice

I had a 4 hour wait for a new radio but all of the employees were very kind.
