All through my test drives (I test drove 2 vehicles) and the final paperwork process, conversation was easy and she was wonderful to work with! I did not finance through the dealership, but my purchase was complex with potential components of trade-in, insurance reimbursement, warranty options and finance payments. Andy spoke with me on each of these topics of concern with no pressure, just patience and conversation, which was helpful in my decision making and most appreciated.
